The name Belly Button Blender began with something deeply personal: my daughter’s feeding tube, positioned beside her belly button.
To someone else, it might have been a small detail. To me, it was part of my little girl’s story—a reminder of her strength, her resilience, and everything she was overcoming.
That spirit helped inspire JTorry Beauty.
I wanted to create beauty products that women could enjoy using, with a meaningful story behind them. Products that bring a little more ease to your routine and remind you that caring for yourself deserves a place in your day.

Hi, I’m Jenny, a professional makeup & hair artist, educator, mother, and the founder of JTorry Beauty.
My background began in art, and that creative eye still shapes how I approach beauty. I see the details: color, balance, texture, and the features that make each woman uniquely herself.
Through years of working with brides and everyday women, I heard a familiar concern: “I want to look beautiful, but I still want to look like me.”
I also saw how often women felt unsure when doing their own makeup. They wanted to feel put together, but choosing products and knowing which tools to use could feel overwhelming.
I created JTorry Beauty to make that experience more approachable. My goal is to offer thoughtfully chosen makeup and tools that help you feel more comfortable creating your own look—whether you have five minutes before heading out or time to enjoy getting ready.
Beauty should feel like something you can make your own.
Milan Snow: The Heart Behind the Names
My daughter, Milan Snow Torry, is the inspiration behind the JTorry Beauty product names.
Milan was born with congenital diaphragmatic hernia, or CDH, and faced extraordinary challenges from the beginning of her life. Watching her grow through those experiences changed me as a mother and as a woman.
Her strength gave me a deeper understanding of resilience. Her personality brought joy into difficult days. And her story became part of the heart of this brand.
Naming products after her is my way of carrying that inspiration into something I can share with other women.
Why I Named It the Belly Button Blender
During Milan’s journey, her G-tube sat beside her belly button. That little area held so much meaning for our family.
When I named the Belly Button Blender, I wanted to honor that part of her story. Her strength and resilience helped push me to bring this product to life.
Today, it is a practical tool for applying and blending makeup. But its name will always carry a personal reminder of the little girl who inspired me to keep creating.
